“Play is the highest form of research.” (Albert Einstein)
The above quote by one of the smartest persons to have ever lived is one that I highly believe! I tell people that some of my artistic ideas are spurred doing “non-artistic” activities and interests. A few weekends ago, after a harsh Winter and a chilly early-Spring, I did just that and got out of the art studio/office to put some products to the test… or “play”. Here are some vids and pics of what we did.
We gotta’ start the day with some kind of wake-up beverage in this mug.
Then we took to the field to set up and FINALLY test out this guy from our partners at CrankShooter.
One of our participants during that weekend was rocking one of our dye-sublimated shorts by our partners at Evo9x.
And when the morning session was done we broke things down to pack it up and call it a day. But we did “cool off” with one more thing that’s soon to come
One of my bosses in advertising always said “you got to have a life outside your life.” And I feel that this was needed. Yeah, while doing this work was on my mind due to our products in use, but it was better to be outside than in the studio office. Looking back the past year or so, our products are going on a different direction and goal, which is to “grow the game beyond the frame” sort-of-speak. We look forward to keep bringing you ONLY OUR BEST!
